Hi, my name is Esma. Clients come to my practice looking for a therapist who can get to the root of their problem.


I specialize in helping you overcome feelings of anxiety, process unresolved trauma and build confidence so that you can live your best life. I will support you through life transitions and help you feel less stuck and stressed out.


My style is caring, interactive and dynamic, focusing on the mind-body connection.


I often use tools like somatic therapy, brainspotting, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and energy psychology. The goal of these techniques is to dislodge old patterns and bring the mind and body together so you can experience life with authentic ease.


I've been practicing as a licensed therapist for more than eight years, have a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California, and I'm also a certified clinical trauma professional.

Will My Sessions Be in Person?

Virtual therapy from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a stable WiFi connection, a phone, laptop, or tablet with a camera, and a pair of headphones.

Can I Use My Insurance?

Yes, I work with several PPO insurance plans as an out of network provider. Many clients are able to save up to 75% off of my regular fee by using their out of network benefits. Click below to see what your insurance covers.

Do you offer a sliding scale?

Yes, sliding scale fees are available for clients who are unable to use insurance to pay for therapy.



Am I Expected to Do Work in Between Therapy Sessions?

You will be provided with knowledge and tools throughout your healing journey. It is up to you to use your tools and newly acquired knowledge in between sessions to receive the full benefits of therapy.

Are Sessions Available Globally?

Therapy is currently is available for California residents only.


How Many Therapy Sessions Do I Need?

The number of sessions is based on your goals, your time, and resources. You and your therapist can discuss a personalized plan.



How Long Until I Reach My Goals?

Building a strong therapeutic relationship involves your therapist getting to know you, your goals, values, and roadblocks. You will also build confidence and trust as you get to know your therapist. A strong therapeutic relationship takes time, and everyone is different.

There may be several milestones throughout your healing journey where you can start to witness progress and see your goals beginning to take life.
